Mandatory Damage Waiver:

A non-refundable Damage Waiver is included in all rental quotes and covers accidental damage from normal use such as scratches, minor stains, or wear and tear.

Exclusions: This waiver does not cover loss, theft, vandalism, missing items, or gross negligence. Items not returned or returned in unusable condition will be charged at full replacement cost.

This fee covers the physical labor required to load, transport, and unload items at the event location. The labor fee does not include setup or teardown of any rental equipment. Materials will be delivered to the nearest curb or driveway accessible by truck. No additional handling beyond drop-off point is included. (NO stairs, steps and/or elevators etc.). It is the client's responsibility to arrange for the setup and breakdown of rental items unless otherwise agreed in writing. *NON-REFUNDABLE*

*This is a Mandatory fee and applied to ALL rentals/bookings to cover delivery labor, handling, and coordination.

A handling and coordination fee will apply for deliveries requiring crew assistance to transport materials beyond the immediate drop-off point, including to the opposite side of a lawn or property. This fee covers additional labor, time, and logistical planning required to safely and efficiently manage non-standard delivery access. (NO stairs, steps and/or elevators etc.). The labor fee does not include setup or teardown of any rental equipment. It is the client's responsibility to arrange for the setup and breakdown of rental items unless otherwise agreed in writing.
